if you need to, take some additional time to align your focus and your space in preparation for your ritual. light a candle, some incense, dim the lights, minimize distractions etc. as you begin your first ritual.

ritual 1 🚺

braiding ritual:

• symbolizes interconnectedness of past, present, and future.
• connects us to ancient practices and our intertwined lives.
• materials needed: three different colored threads or yarn.
• instructions: Tie threads together, braid while reflecting on ancestry, present, and future, then display or wear.

feminine ancestral jar:

• honours mothers and maternal ancestors by reflecting on the meaning of this energy on generations.
• materials needed: clear jar, paper, pen, decorative items (if you wish to decorate it in anyway).
• instructions: write memories or wisdom associated with maternal figures on paper, place in jar.
• reflect on memories for guidance or connection to lineage.
