before you begin: 

take some time to open your space and prepare your physical, emotional, and spiritual bodies to enter into this ritual. if you'd like, listen to our opening meditation to help you prepare for the sacred connection offered by this ritual. 

if you need to, take some additional time to align your focus and your space in preparation for your ritual. light a candle, some incense, dim the lights, minimize distractions etc. as you begin your first ritual.

ritual 7 💕

welcome stones

• sit with a stone, and using a pencil, inscribe a symbol you cherish or a traditional symbol of love and friendship. It can be as simple as a heart.
• collect more stones. when holding one, reflect on the meditation "may my home be open to love, friendship, and those in need."
• place these stones in a bowl near your home's entrance, allowing each visitor to take one as a gesture of your warm welcome. this initial stone symbolizes your first welcoming gesture.
• open your back door (or window) and from front to back, sweep out all the old or poor energy from your home, then open your front door and welcome in all of the good energy to replace it.
